The Leading Property Managers of Australia (LPMA) is an elite group of specialist property managers and property management businesses across Australia who provide the highest level of service and professionalism to investment property owners and tenants.
Membership of LPMA is only available to Firms across Australia who are prepared to commit to LPMA’s strict Code of Practice, a Code defining benchmark levels of service and business practice over and above those required for statutory licensing.
Members gain a market edge over competitors by promoting their business as being part of an elite group of property managers through use of the LPMA logo. They can also tap into a referral network across the country to better service their clients and maximise revenue opportunities.
